 Businesses use this for clearing out offices, warehouses, or retail spaces. Construction sites are not included at this time. This often involves removing old office furniture, and equipment. 

 After the clutter is removed, the property is often deep-cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized to eliminate odors and make the space habitable again.
